English language and my ProfessionSome people think that they need to learn English to gain knowledge and experience that will help them in the future to succeed and make a great career. However, other people believe that they should not combine their professions with English. I totally support the first idea. In this following paragraphs I will give my reason how English combines with my profession.To begin with I want to mention that we are living in the new era which is full of new inventions and discoveries. These inventions and discoveries become world property. A person who could find it first will win in his/her business. It means we need to learn world official language to understand, communicate, and compete with others. Personally, now I am studying in university as a human resources management who handles personnel decisions including hiring, position assignment, training, benefits, and compensation. A manager who is fluent in English can find information about other company or organization’s experience that reached their goal. As a result I can find which way is the best in our condition to develop our company. On the other hand, it is not enough to know. This is why I need to focus on sending out our employees for raising their qualification to the best place such as America. And also I have to connect with the place to train. Of course employees must be studious, hardworking and successful in their jobs. But the main thing is all these events are held in English.Finally, from my everyday experience and observation I think human resources management hasn’t developed yet in Mongolia. Maybe some people don’t know what human resources means. In some country such as America or Germany it is one of the most needful professions. So at this time in my country I should learn English and apply it to develop this profession in Mongolia with my colleagues.
